ACETEM : Acetic acid ester of monoglycerides, made from edible, fully hydrogenated palm based oil.
PGPR : Polyglycerol polyrcinoleate is an emulsifier made from glycerol and fatty acids.
DATEM : Diacetyl tartaric acid ester of mono and diglycerides is made by reacting diacetyl tartaric anhydride with mono and diglycerides.
SSL : Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate is one type of a commercially available lactylate.
Cake Emulsifier : Blends of stabilizer for providing the texture to the cakes & muffins.
