Agar : The linear polysaccharide agarose extracted from Algae
Guar Gum : The grounded endosperm of guar beans
Locust Bean Gum : The galactomannan vegetable gum extracted from the seeds of the carob tree
Carboxymethyl Cellulose : The cellulose derivative with carbxymethyl groups bound to the hydroxyl groups of the glucopyranose monomers.
